Transfer and Restoration
Your media is carefully hand-loaded onto industry-standard equipment to ensure precise and secure transfer. We digitize at the highest possible quality and resolution, preserving maximum detail and fidelity. When applicable, metadata is embedded, and all files are intuitively named and organized for ease of access.
If restoration is required, we employ state-of-the-art audio and video enhancement techniques to repair and improve the source material. These services may include—though are not limited to—upscaling, frame interpolation, de-interlacing, colorization, scratch/dust/artifact removal, noise reduction, and spectral repair.
Throughout the process, you’ll receive a secure link that provides real-time access to project progress. This allows you to monitor the work as it happens and communicate directly with our technicians to ask questions or request adjustments as needed.
Planning & Inventory
Before any media is received or financial commitments are made, we develop a customized plan of action tailored to your specific needs. This process includes a complimentary consultation and detailed quote to help you select the services that best align with your goals.
Upon receiving your media, each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and catalogued for thorough documentation. Any accompanying printed materials are scanned at high resolution to preserve their quality. We recognize the personal and often sensitive nature of these materials and are always prepared to accommodate your specific preferences and handling instructions.
Delivery and Archiving
Upon completion of the transfer and restoration process, your files are securely replicated across multiple storage locations to ensure data redundancy and safeguard against loss.
You will receive a secure, private delivery link containing your digitized media along with detailed documentation of the transfer process. From this portal, you may download and store your files at your convenience. If preferred, we also offer delivery on physical media upon request.
Access to this delivery link never expires. Unless otherwise requested, we never delete your data.
